How do I actually purchase a package?
Add it to your cart, complete checkout (contact, billing, review, payment), and you’ll get an order confirmation with a reference number. We follow up by email within one business day with a brief questionnaire.
Is the price on the page final?
Yes, excl. VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country and VAT status.
Can I combine several packages in one order?
Yes — add as many as you need; the cart holds them all and checkout is a single payment.
What if I’m not sure which package fits?
Use /contact/ to discuss a custom scope, or check each service page’s "When you need this" section — it’s written to help you self-select.
Do you take on projects outside the published catalogue?
Yes, as a bespoke scope via /contact/ — priced and scoped individually, because it genuinely varies project to project.
Scope
What exactly is included in a package price?
Every package page lists its deliverables, turnaround and revision rounds explicitly — nothing is scoped verbally after purchase.
What happens if my project turns out bigger than the package covers?
We’ll flag it as soon as it’s clear, with the added scope priced before we do the work — never billed after the fact without agreement.
Can I request something outside a package’s stated deliverables?
Within the 2 revision rounds, edits to what was delivered are included. New deliverables are a separate scoped addition.
Do you work directly with my designer or developer?
Yes — copy can be delivered in a format ready for whoever builds the page, and we’re glad to answer their structural questions.
Revisions
How many revision rounds do I get?
2, included in every fixed-scope package price; retainers get 2 per monthly cycle.
How long do I have to request them?
14 days from delivery, for fixed-scope packages.
What counts as one "round"?
All your feedback on a deliverable, submitted together — not one comment at a time trickling in over weeks.
What if I need changes after the included rounds are used?
Billed at a scoped rate, agreed before we start — never open-ended or surprise-invoiced.
AI
Do you use AI to write my copy?
For research and first-pass option generation on high-volume short-form work, yes, openly. The final sentence-level pass on every deliverable is done by a person. Full stance: /process/#human-and-ai.
Is French copy ever AI-generated or AI-translated?
No — stated as an explicit exclusion, not an oversight. French is written by a French copywriter, always.
Will you tell me which parts used AI assistance?
The stance is public and consistent rather than disclosed line by line, because the accountability for every sentence is the same regardless: a person reviewed and approved it.
Languages
Can I get a package in both English and French?
Yes — bilingual is a purchasable option on every package (+40% of the base price), written natively in each language, not translated between them.
Is the French actually written by a native French copywriter?
Yes — a stated commitment, not a marketing line: FR copy is drafted and edited in French, for a French reader, never machine-translated or adapted from an English draft.
Can you write in other languages beyond English and French?
No — EN/FR is the studio’s actual working capability; we won’t sell a language we can’t write natively.
Invoicing & VAT
What basis are prices shown on?
Excl. VAT (HT) throughout — the standard basis for a B2B professional-services invoice in France.
How is VAT calculated at checkout?
France: 20%. EU with a valid VAT number: reverse charge (0%, "Autoliquidation" noted on the invoice). EU without one: 20%. Outside the EU: no VAT applies. Full detail: /legal/terms/.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes — a VAT-compliant invoice is issued for every order, sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Can I pay by bank transfer instead of card?
Checkout currently accepts card payment. For a different arrangement, contact us before ordering.
